Open Floor Plan Remodel in Westminster, MD

This house needed a complete remodel when we arrived. We rearranged some of the layout and opened the floor plan up some to make it a better suited home for a family to enjoy. The basement became a top notch place to entertain with open space, a wetbar/kitchen, and a cozy wood stove. We completely remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms, installed new: HVAC, roof, windows, doors, siding, flooring, and wood stove.

The Willet family is incredible and it was a joy to be able to add living space to their wonderful home. We built a 500 square foot custom addition onto the back of their home. It consists of a master bedroom with vaulted ceilings. It also includes a full bathroom which has a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a custom double bowl vanity. To finish off the addition is a large walk-in closet. We also added a great outdoor living area by building a 900+ square foot deck.
